IT Support

IT Technical Support

100% WFH, with online/onsite standby during office hours.

• Male/Female, around 18–35 years old
• Educational background in Computer, IT or related fields
• No strict requirement on degree level (skills and attitude matter most)

Microsoft & Cloud skills (highly preferred):
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
• Basic experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Center / Azure AD (Entra ID)
• Fundamental understanding of Cloud (Azure, AWS or Google Cloud)
• Able to troubleshoot Teams Calling / Voice / Device issues at a basic level
• Experience with Contact Center or Voice Recording is a strong plus

Additional technical skills:
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN, VPN, firewall concepts)
• Comfortable using remote tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, RDP)
• Able to read basic logs and error messages
• Able to coordinate escalation with Dev/Engineer teams properly

• English: able to read technical documentation and chat with vendors at basic level
• Experience: 0–3 years — fresh graduates are welcome
• Compensation: experience-based + performance-based incentives

IT Project Manager

IT Project Manager

100% WFH, with online/onsite standby during office hours.

• Male/Female, around 22–35 years old
• Degree in Computer, IT, Engineering, MIS or related fields

Core skills (aligned with Vasvox business):
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Teams / Azure / Microsoft 365
• Basic knowledge of Cloud, Identity, Permissions, IAM (Entra ID)
• Familiar with Contact Center, Voice, Telephony, SIP, SBC (Ribbon/AudioCodes is a plus)
• Understands Voice Recording / Compliance Recording in banking, insurance, etc.
• Able to read basic logs/events and work with engineers on troubleshooting
• Awareness of PDPA, Security and Data Handling lifecycles (advantageous)

Project management skills:
• Able to plan and prioritize tasks and keep projects within agreed SLA
• Professional coordination with customers, engineers, developers and global vendors
• Able to prepare documents such as BRD, UAT script, implementation plan, change request and status reports
• Can translate technical topics into business language for Manager/Director level

English:
• Good reading skills for technical documentation
• Able to chat/email with international vendors
• Speaking in technical or project meetings is a strong plus

Experience:
• 0–3 years in IT / implementation / project coordination
Fresh graduates with strong project mindset and fast learning are welcome

Software Engineer / Data Analyst

Software Engineer / Data Analyst

100% WFH, with online/onsite standby during office hours.

• Male/Female, around 18–35 years old
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Computer Engineering or related fields

Data skills (highly preferred):
• Hands-on SQL with at least one database (MySQL, PostgreSQL or SQL Server)
• Understands data pipelines, ETL/ELT, data structuring and cleaning/transformation
• Able to perform basic analysis and build reports/dashboards (Excel, Power BI or similar tools)
• Comfortable reading logs, events, JSON, webhook and API responses
• Awareness of PDPA / data handling is a plus

Software / development skills:
• Able to code in at least one language (Python, PHP, JavaScript or Node.js)
• Uses Git / GitHub / GitLab for source control
• Understands fundamentals of API, REST, JSON, tokens, authentication
• Web development (frontend/backend) is a strong advantage

Skills aligned with Vasvox:
• Familiar with Microsoft Teams / Azure / Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Awareness of recording, voice processing, speech analytics (deep expertise not required — we can train)
• Basic networking or VoIP/telephony log reading is a plus
• Experience or projects in AI / ML / NLP is highly valued

Soft skills:
• Good time management and teamwork
• Proactive, not afraid to ask questions, willing to learn every day
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving

English:
• Able to read technical documentation confidently

• Open to all academic programs, from vocational to undergraduate levels
• No requirement for specific majors — we value skills, curiosity, and mindset
• Ideal for students interested in Cloud, Data, AI, Cybersecurity, Contact Center technology, or enterprise systems
• Comfortable using basic productivity tools (Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive)
