History
Vasvox Company Limited was founded in 2012 in Bangkok, Thailand, by a team of Thai experts with more than a decade of experience in Contact Center Technology and Voice Recording Solutions. From day one, our focus has been to design technologies that address end-to-end recording and communication-data management needs.
Our core customers include insurance companies, banks and financial institutions, customer service centers, public safety organizations, security and emergency response units, as well as logistics and transportation companies in both the public and private sectors – all of which require secure, reliable, and standards-based solutions.
